Peripherals - APPROVAL

Peripherals are a key component of any working solution, to either enhance the end user experience with additional functionality, or to ensure a solution will be fully operable as expected by the end user.

One of the key challenges with peripherals is understanding what is included with a particular product and what would need to be purchased separately. Through our intensive design process, we cross check the products we are supplying with what is supplied "in the box" with the surrounding environment to ensure that we use what is provided but also advise the end user when something additional is required for the solution to function as expected.

An example of this can be seen in something as simple as a computer monitor. Quite often a monitor will come with a cable whether that be HDMI, DisplayPort or DVI however an adapter may be required to connect to a PC or Mac that may not have these inputs onboard.

Digital Garage can help end users with peripherals by ensuring that connectivity is catered for within a build or suggest enhancements to current solutions. For example, you have a studio camera which you want to take out into the field. We will ask questions such as do you have the required batteries? Do you need some additional grip like a cage or handle? Do you have suitable recording media? It is these types of thoughts which put us above other resellers who may only respond to a request for quotation.
