Our job doesn’t end once we’ve installed your kit and got your solution up and running. In the event of a fault or problem, our support team will be there for you, remotely or on site. We make it our mission to keep downtime to the absolute minimum.


We’ve built a team of highly skilled and experienced engineers who know their stuff when it comes to broadcast systems, post-production, workflow, IT, and shared storage systems. Accessing them is a simple process, via our helpdesk. Plus we work really closely with our vendors to make sure they understand your issue and work as hard as we would to resolve it.

We like to be proactive, too: we don’t just wait for problems to happen. Our aftercare model extends to product handover training, go-live support, product development educational events, upgrades and maintenance programmes that keep your equipment in great shape and your solutions running smoothly.
